Dawn Goplin

I’m Dawn, a State Farm Agent with more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. I proudly serve individuals, families, and small business owners across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. I began my career in the Madison/Middleton, Wisconsin area and have operated my own State Farm office since 2004.

I work with customers on a variety of insurance and financial protection options, including auto insurance, home and renters insurance, life insurance, health insurance supplement coverage and Part D, farm insurance, commercial business insurance, and Trupanion pet insurance. As a small business owner myself, I enjoy working with other business owners to explore coverage options that support their operations.

I am a certified ChFC® and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations and stay committed to ongoing education so I can remain current with industry changes and provide clear, informed guidance during customer conversations.

Our office has been recognized through State Farm programs that reflect a continued focus on customer service and community relationships. My team and I strive to create a welcoming environment where customers can ask questions and make informed decisions about their coverage.

Outside the office, I’m married and enjoy spending time with my two daughters, two sons‐in‐law, four grandchildren, and my two grand‐dogs, Trout and Ripp. I’m supported by an experienced and dedicated team—Scott, Ally, Kirsten, Max, Val, Henry, Carley, Daniel, Britt, Ben, and Mary—who work together each day to assist customers.

We also offer Wisconsin Notary Public services by appointment and continue to grow, including the opening of our second office location in Verona, Wisconsin.
